She has a passion for ice-skating and guides the youth through figure skating as a coach. Her role as a coach is exemplified in the work-place as she is able to guide situations through the finish-line.

Ana, is a funding specialist with currently 3 years of Title experience and 2 in the banking industry. She prides herself on being detail oriented, dependable, and committed to supporting Team, and clients at Estates Title Agency. She is a proud mom to a lively 3-year-old boy who keeps her smiling and motivated. Her love for her son is radiant and she uses it to brighten everyone’s day through interactions. She enjoys exploring new hobbies outside of her comfort zone, which make her stronger with each new experience.

Valeria, has 5+ years of Title experience in both the pre-processing and post-closing departments. Her transition from Funding Specialist to Pre-Processing, embodies her with knowledge and expertise of required data and banking aspects in Title. all t role while also handling Notary Closings. With her five years of experience working with Estates Title Agency, she’s built a strong foundation in real estate knowledge and it fuels her passion to continue to grow. She truly loves the industry is excited for the daily challenges it can present.
She stays very active in her free time, enjoys traveling and meeting new people. Her love to meet new people makes her a perfect fit meeting clients daily for their document signings.

Stacy Kidd brings over 30 years of experience in title processing, along with seven years in the mortgage lending industry, giving her an in-depth, well-rounded understanding of facilitating real estate transaction. Her extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy help ensure smooth and efficient closings for buyers, sellers, and industry partners alike. Known for her reliability and client-focused approach, Stacy takes pride in guiding transactions with professionalism and care. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time on the water boating and unwinding on the golf course.

Liz Thiel is a Michigan-based title professional with over 10 years’ combined experience in real estate and title transactions. Born and raised in Oakland County, Michigan, she has a deep understanding of what it takes to complete a transaction, from start to finish, from both a title and real estate perspective giving me a unique ability to see the purchase as a whole and provide the customer service needed to support even the most difficult transactions. I am a graduate of Baker College with an Associates majoring in Business Management and with a Minor in Paralegal Studies.
